The Postal Service is a public service organization. It is a quasi-governmental organization and providing good service, a good customer experience and a favorable public image is presumably part of what the Postal Service strives to achieve. Most Americans have contact with the folks working at the Post Office and, for the most part, the experience is probably a good one. Returning your QVC merchandise is simple with a USPS pickup. You can schedule a next-day pickup at your location at no additional cost. Does your Q Return Label say "Parcel Return Service?" If it does, congrats! You're ready to schedule a next-day pickup.
USPS Customer Service Number

I just shipped an order for a more expensive book with USPS Signature Confirmation, and I was wondering if any of you know whether the customer will be able to sign the back of the form (attached) that is left if USPS misses the customer during their first delivery attempt, so that the order can be delivered when the customer isn't there. In other words, is "Signature Confirmation" one of the services that results in the checking of the "If checked, you or your agent must be present at time of delivery to sign for item" box (see attached form)? Otherwise, it looks like the customer can sign the form to authorize the item to be left at their address.
